Currently there has been new sodas and each one is different. Normally people drink Pepsi, Coca Cola, Mtn Dew, Sprite, and Dr.Pepper. What people don't know is which one affects your teeth the most. There is an experiment to know which one is the one that affects your teeth the most. At the bottom there is a video that shows a dentist that will be discussing why sodas affect your teeth.
What a soda has that affects your teeth?
The sugar is cause by acid creating bacteria on the surface of your teeth that in time can destroy your teeth. The sugar in sodas is easily used like whole grain bread in your mouth that can not dissolve. The sugar can also bring you cavities in most of your teeth. Then there is the phosphoric acid is not good for your teeth because is used by dentist to scour enamel to see if it's effective in removing. I recommend you to have healthy instead of having some cavities in your teeth or your teeth can end up like this.
